You upload a candidate's CV and their certificates, and within minutes you get a score from 0 to 10 built on the official standards of that trade — ISO, EN and EU legislation. Every claim in the record points to the document, page and place it came from.

Eighteen shortage occupations, among them welder, electrician, CNC operator, C+E driver, plumber and HVAC, crane and plant operator, scaffolder, pipefitter, care worker and warehouse or forklift operator. The criteria for each occupation are published openly in our encyclopedia of 52 standards.

The same document is analysed three times and the median is used, so a single unlucky reading cannot decide the outcome. The record shows which standard each requirement comes from, so the client can check the reasoning instead of trusting a number.

No. WorkerProof reads the evidence the candidate provides and measures it against the standards; it does not issue certificates and does not replace verification by the competent authority. It tells you what the papers prove and what is missing.

Records are hosted in the EU and are visible only to the agency that uploaded them — we do not publish or resell candidate data. Each agency can export or delete its records at any time.
